The recent milk powder / dairy product dilemmas really frighten me. I have been avoiding milk since then but I am very worry about my pregnancy without calcium intake. *big sigh*
Why at this time?
Looking for alternative to replace milk for calcium. Any better suggestion from you to me? I am not so much worry about myself but my baby. Do not really know what will happen to him/her if I have not enough calcium intake during pregnancy. :'(
